I am only looking for clients who meet a specific set of criteria.

We're A Good One on One Fit If.....
You are willing to commit to no less than 90 Days to this transformation process. True and lasting change takes time, and my style of coaching requires active engagement.
You recognize that your inability to create or sustain boundaries, your unwillingness to put yourself first, your fears of abandonment/rejection and your people pleasing patterns are causing your quality of life to decrease.
You have a strong desire to learn how to finally prioritize your needs instead of waiting around for others to figure out how to prioritize you.
Finally, we're a good fit if you are financially prepared to begin investing TODAY into unlearning your negative internal trauma narratives and unhooking yourself from your trauma patterns to improve your overall quality of life.

We're Not A Good One on One Fit If....
You do not have 90 days or more (12 consecutive weeks) where you are able to meet one-on-one for one hour a week.
You see the impact that having poor boundaries is having on your life, but you are unsure of committing to intentional actions to change it.
Your desire to prioritize yourself is outweighed by how other people will respond to you prioritizing yourself
You are not committed to being uncomfortable in order to make positive changes in your life. My coaching requires active engagement and willingness to step out of your comfort zone to achieve meaningful results.
Finally, we're not a good fit if you are not in a financial position to invest weekly into improving your quality of life beyond the wants and needs of others.

How Does It Work?
Embark on a 90-day transformative coaching program with Professor Odi. Dive deep into self-work and trauma processing across four main pillars: 1.) Identify, challenge and process the complex trauma that has prevented you from being SELFISH in the past 2.) Clearly identify your needs, wants and desires 3.) Create more effective boundaries around affirming the validity of these needs wants and desires, & 4.) Clearly and firmly say no to things that will destabilize you and your journey of healthy SELFISHNESS--- all guided by a seasoned therapist and life coach.

What Does It Look Like?
Intake: Orientation and Commitment
The first week of the intensive is focused on understanding what your core challenge is. We take a quick stroll through your past to understand what's going on in your present, and how a shift in mindset impacts your future.
Weeks 2 & 3: Life Visualization and Goal Setting
The second and third weeks are focused on understanding the roots of your aversion to prioritizing yourself and what your life would look like if you began actively setting goals and practicing self prioritization. We create one to two strong impact based goals that correlate to improving your overall quality of life.
Weeks 4 & 5: Habit Development and Behavioral Reconstruction
These weeks are where the rubber hits the road. We will begin examining the habits that you have developed from trauma responses, automatic thought patterns, and living life on autopilot. Then? We begin the removal of the negatives.
Weeks 6 & 7: Removing Limiting Beliefs and Value Alignment
These two weeks leading into the following two weeks will be the most emotionally challenging. We will dive deep into what you've learned about yourself from others, and whether or not you have the courage to live your life according to your values. In other words? On your terms.
Weeks 8 & 9: Self-Sabotage and Managing Negative Emotions
These two weeks will cover how you've gotten in your own way, and how negative emotions have caused you to run and hide from the life that you want for you. Here, we will meet your demons, and teach you how to skillfully let them know you run this, not them.
Weeks 10, 11, & 12: Integration, Forgiveness, and Closeout
Integration is the final step in the process of developing your attuned you. Understanding that the duality of self-forgiveness and forgiving others leads to the final dissolution of the barriers that create lack of alignment. In our closeout, we will package all of our previous weeks of work into our final sessions to close the gap between who you want to be and who you are. Forgiveness is the skill that allows you to continue to grow beyond your previous mistakes, and to grow through how others have–and will–mistake your assertion of your needs, wants, and values–as SELFISH.
